Trengwainton Cottage

Super views from stoep. A cottage to dream of as your own in an enormous garden with multiple pathways. Super location in tranquil non-dusty part of Hogsback.

The remoteness of the Cabin is amazing. The view is spectacular. The fireplace is heavenly. And the Garden is refreshing. The Cabin blew our breath away.

The bed was a bit hard. It is a bit windy to braai on the stoep, covers would be awesome.

We liked everything. The only thing we regret was not staying longer.

Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous setting! It's private and perfect. Well equipped and extremely comfortable. Loved watching the sunsets on the stoep and relaxing by the indoor fireplace. The perfect place to escape for a while - loved our stay!

Nothing to not like, everything was great!

We loved the location, and the serenity of the environment. The view from the patio is beautiful and the gardens on the property are a treat to wonder through. We had a truely relaxing three days ... enjoyed the birdsong and tranquility. The cottage itself is lovely ... nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

The location , the views and the good books to read !

The location was excellent. Peaceful but on the doorstep to all that Hogsback has to offer. The establishment was very well equipped. We were very happy with the establishment and Joanne.

A word of advice to persons going to Hogsback (this has nothing to to do with Trengwainton) the roads are a disaster, potholed and in dire need of a grade. So just take it easy. Hogsback and Trengwainton are definitely worth it.
