Location was excellent and the linen was tip top clean.

Clean and spacious.

Only 1 toilet and the dryer was not working

La casa era amplia y cómoda. Tenía todos servicios de confort. No nos falto nada de lo que ofrecieron . Las camas geniales excelente infraestructura. Toallas muy buenas. Tenía una heladera grande excelente para una familia. Un televisor grande y lo mejor es que era Smart. Pasa mi es muy recomendable. Es un lugar al que me gustaría volver

Lo único que no me gusto es que al principio cuando les pregunte si en caso llegaba una o dos horas antes a la casa podíamos entrar toda vez que iba con mis nietos me lo rechazaron. Después me dijeron que podía. Igual llegamos casi a las 15 . Hubiera sido mejor decirme de entrada que si y no tenerme expectante. En realidad preocupada por mis nietos si en caso llegábamos antes. Pero bueno un pequeño detalle pero nada grave.

Super location and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely deck with views.

Sofas and bathroom a little dated and worn. Also, our booking stated our checkout time as between 11 and 12. The cleaner came at 10 and seemed surprised at our check out time.

Thank you for having us to stay. Your place is wonderful. Extremely clean, spacious and very close to town. Perfect for our family and great having the park across the road.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with booking.com. We had a confirmation email from months ago that it was paid in full. Unfortunately it hadn't been paid at all. Kaikoura Holiday Homes were fabulous. They could not have been more helpful. I would absolutely stay again but next time book through them directly.

Comfortable and clean. Very quiet and conveniently positioned.

Good, comfortable lounge and kitchen with views across to a park. Deck is pleasant although the seats could easily be replaced with comfortable ones (that wouldn’t need to be expensive). Two good-sized bedrooms, and a third room with bunks for children.

The two main bedrooms have good beds, while the third room has bunks not suitable for adults. The third room beds could be changed to an adult bed, with a roll-out bed as an extra. The neighbour’s property with the shared driveway is very close.
