"Do not book this cottage ."

Location was great close to alton towers

Carpets were disgusting, completely filthy. Rug in living room was literally black with dirt. No hairdryer, beds were so creaky everyone slept poorly. Bathroom cracked tiles and old shower curtain. If you are not first in shower guaranteed there will be no hot water. Such a disappointment. Tv very dated, no access to netflix for kids.

Lovely cottage in a great location with a fantastic pub just a minutes walk away ☺️

Unfortunately the oven didn't have any numbers to let you know what temperature you were cooking at which was a bit difficult. Also the hot water didn't last long.

"Comfortable and cozy"

We were a group of five and this cottage was ideal for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn’t have mobile phone network coverage indoors, but this wasn’t an issue as the WiFi is very good.
