The Lockett Wonderful Large Bungalow Plympton, Plymouth Free Parking By STAE-Homes

I booked with the assumption that property is big enough for six children and four adults .the cost was just short of 400pound ..which sound very reasonable..after booking I was told as booking is in the name of one person I have to pay money for the 9 people ..which was almost another 300 .i ended up paying about 680pound in total .. Please make sure you know this that you have to be careful that every Person is accounted for as it may be a lot more then what you initially thought

The house was a good size with a good size garden. The shower was very good.

House welcomed dogs but garden didn’t have a gate on the front drive way so not secure and charge for dog applied after we had arrived. The house itself was very tired and needed so care. The fridge/ freezer was very small and fridge had a shelf missing so very difficult to use. The thermostat on the oven wasn’t working and burnt foods. House could sleep up to 8 but only catered for 6. Ground floor parka flooring was in very poor condition. Also cctv was surrounding the property which is fine but also seemed to be being viewed which felt a little invasive.

Nice large property, with a huge garden. Ideal location for what we needed it for.

Property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Some of the cobwebs coming off the ceiling were around a foot long. A lot of the pans were covered in baked food from previous tenants. No instructions on how the appliances or heating worked. Iron has burn stains on it, so damaged a white shirt when tried to use it. Had to go and buy one to use for our stay. As we were leaving we found a bug infestation behind sofa. Was wondering why we were getting bit so much during stay. Lastly, it would nice to have warning when gardener was coming, he would let his dog run round property off the lead, which meant my dogs would go mental stuck inside knowing a dog was loose in garden and around property.

Great stay for our three employees. The place was nice and clean, had everything they needed. Great communication too.
