Rose Cottage: Delightful 4 bedroom detached home

It’s a fully detached older house with a small but well maintained garden and a driveway. The key was very easy to get and the host was very kind and flexible about arrival, departure which made our stay even more pleasant. There is plenty of room for a bigger family and the kitchen was well equipped. Some supermarkets, like Lidl are close by, 10mins walking distance. You can walk to the town centre or to the beautiful Portrush beach as well.

Everything was fine if you don’t mind older house which we were ok with and enjoyed our stay fully!

The host was wonderfully friendly and helpful. We had made a last minute booking and ishe managed it with such good grace and made us very welcom.

Great location, 4 bedrooms makes it ideal for a small group of friends but allowing for your own space as well. Close to everything, shops, bars, the beach etc has everything you need such as TV, washing machine, cooking facilities. Our host was lovely, kept in touch to make sure we could find it ok and was available whenever we needed. Beds very comfortable.

I feel there were a couple of areas that didn't look like they had been cleaned prior to our arrival. Our dining table was quite dirty, the rug in the hall needed hoovered and I found bits of food/crumbs on the couch. A few of the glasses were a little dirty as well. Not a huge issue as we just gave it a quick hoover and wipe down but it was an observation made however it was perfect in every other way.

House was great and close walk to everything.
