Mattress was long overdue to be changed

A great setting, 2 minutes from the beach. The main bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean, you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. Rooi Els has a great pub where we watched the rugby and the town shop has everything you could need.

It was a lovely weekend away! Everything was perfect. The location, views, and facilities. The beds were so comfortable! It's even nicer than the pictures. We will surely be back!

Location and beds

Place was not ready on arrival, dirty, dust everywhere, surfaces not clean, cleaner was there and working under pressure. Electric outlets sparse. Negotiated a later departure as it was not ready but still think a 9 am exit is early for a vacation stay, most places give you until 11

Amazing location

It was a winter stay with rain predicted... Self entry and exit process. The view from the bedrooms... oh man, amazing. Right on the beach. And the night sky was exceptional. Lots of birds visiting. The welcome pack is very helpful.

Lots of locks, but completely understandable. The ensuite is a wet-room bathroom, but the catchment area of the shower is a bit short - may require a half shower curtain.

Wonderful location at the sea. Exceptionally kind and generous hosts. A peaceful place.
