Modern upside down property with hot tub

Loved the layout and how spacious it was. The beds were super comfy and the fire stick in the main bedroom was a nice touch. There was also WiFi which on the booking it said there wasn’t any so this was a nice surprise! Overall we loved our stay!

We were disappointed that there wasn’t a bbq as advertised as we bought lots of bbq food prior to arriving. The chlorine level in the hot tub was way too high it stung our eyes and ruined my jewellery on the first night. But we still enjoyed it the other nights. Also the shower in the main bedroom was scalding hot and was no option to turn the heat down. Also not that this could be helped but the road noise was quite disturbing as it was so hot we had all the windows open. But again this wasn’t a fault this was just a little inconvenience with the heat but nothing we couldn’t cope with!

This place is lovely. A great home away from home. Lovely big kitchen to cook in. The view from the dinining area is fab!

Be careful of some of the steps into rooms. You can hear the road as it's on quite a busy road.

The property was ideal for a weekend with friends. The open plan kitchen/living area was perfect and plenty of space for us to hang out in, with a huge TV. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, even a special drinks fridge. The hot tub and outside bar area was a great evening activity and easy to use. The bedrooms were lovely, with comfy beds and having them downstairs meant we could enjoy the view of the lake from the living room, where we were spending more of our time anyway.

It was a shame the BBQ was out of action due to being broken previously as we’d turned up with food to cook on it. But we were able to buy our own easy in Cromer so it didn’t do to waste.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. We loved the hot tub and the comfy beds. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location is very handy for visits to Cromer.

Very clean and modern property and a absolute steal for the he price! We enjoyed the beach and cliffs at Cromer in the day and the hot tub with drinks at night. All the appliances in the property were very easy to use and I have 0 complaints! 10/10

The house was lovely and spacious. All the facilities you could need. Great outdoor space which was safe for letting the dog out into. Loved the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Nice chippy 5 minute walk and garage with small shop round the corner. Stayed here with fanily for a birthday celebration and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! 😊

Property was spacious and great location. Instructions and communication really good.

Cooker took a very long time to heat up impacting on meals and timings. Kitchen equipment need looking at and more cutlery needed. Also kitchen was a bit grubby, surfaces sticky, drawers needed a wipe out and cooker needs a good clean. Attention to detail needed.
