Modern upside down property with hot tub

Lovely property, facilities and location

Boiler appears old and tired, which made noise at night, hot water was limited between the main bathroom and ensuite. Should not be able to see cobwebsand dust.

Lovely house. Hot tub and outside area was very clean and well kept. Good quality towels and furnishings. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Good fish and chip shop 5 mins walk away.

The house is on a busy main road so was quite noisy at the front of the property. Lots of condensation on the windows so a bit of damp in bathrooms and wardrobes. One of the beds was creaky and missing a slat so uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hot tub was awesome mu girls enjoyed it. We didn't use the bar area beside it but this was a nice added touch. I loved the bedrooms downstairs . My preference is a firmer mattress they were all soft but fine for a holiday stay. Loads if hot water for showers . Loved everything about it .

Beds were a bit soft but that's my preference. my friend loved the soft mattress

Size Location Facilities

Lovely upstairs space and comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Great outside area with hot tub. Was on a main road but was not a problem for us and didn’t hear the traffic. Parked opposite easily.

There were only 5 forks and there were 6 of us so had to eat fish and chips with a spoon 🤣 Generally would have also benefited from more plates, bowls etc as had to wash up each time to re-use throughout the day, rather than using dishwasher at end of the day with everything in. A pair of dirty knickers under one of the beds. A bear bottle top in the hot tub.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The pictures show no justice at all. It’s quirky with so much character and everything you need for a stay. Felt emotional when we left x

Absolutely nothing apart from the busy road but you can’t hear it from inside the property..
