Peaceful, clean and well equiped home with beautiful views accross the fields and stream. Ideally placed for exploring the north of Skye with only a 10 min drive to a well stocked co-op. We stayed for three nights but would have liked to have stayed for the week to explore the south as well. Would highly recommend and hope to book again soon.

Poachers Bothy was a fabulously relaxing place for my stay on Skye. I could have stayed longer. It was comfortable and had everything I needed to prepare meals. It's central location on the island meant it was a short drive to Portree and easy to access the rest of the island. The views were amazing. Support from the owner was above and beyond during severe inclement weather.

Keys were in the door. The owners live across the road and helped us learn how the locks worked.

Nothing! Honestly, can't think of anything we disliked. Very pleased!

The property was really great. Great location and well fitted. The location is awesome with some great views at the back.

The location was outstanding. Every little detail had been thought about in the Bothy and it felt like you were coming home to a cosy retreat every day.

New, clean, spacious.

Great location not far from Portree with views over to Cuillin. Hosts very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Accommodation to a great standard with pretty much everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Only one thing we could have done with - a cafetiere/coffee machine for making coffee for 2 or more people. Otherwise excellent.
