"Great cottage in a lovely surrounding and the perfect location for exploring Skye"

The cottage was a very cosy place to stay for the week and exploring Skye. The distance to Portree was perfect to go for food and shopping but not having too many neighbors around. We loved the view over the valley with the wee river, sheep and cows. On some evenings even a little cat came over. The little drying bench in the heating room was perfect for our wet shoes after a long day of hiking and our feet loved the floor heating!

We needed some time to understand the floor heating. Maybe a little instruction would be great ;)

The location for seeing everything on Skye was perfect. The views from the property overlooking the landscape were beautiful. We were fortunate to have incredible weather and the Milky Way stars at night were an added bonus. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and we loved our 7 day stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly as was the welcoming gifts provided upon arrival. We would highly recommend this property for all the reasons above. Thanks so much Graeme and Margaret for an excellent stay.

Stunning property in a beautiful location. The amenities were excellent and the cottage was spotless. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful. I will be booking again.

The beds were a touch too firm for me but that’s a personal choice.
