The stairs in the original cottage were an issue for my Mother.

GBLocation is brilliant - surrounded by open countryside yet only minutes from Sidmouth with its facilities and close to the Donkey Sanctuary. Even though the weather was not at its best having a private garden area was a bonus. And the availability of EV charging is great - our car enjoyed its holiday very much.
The cottage itself is full of possibility - a good size, a handy kitchen and fair sized bedrooms (although I doubt the two singles bedroom is designed to cope with two adults.) However the place had a run down, uncared for look. The double bedroom carpet has a large hole in it and the stair carpet is badly and, I fear, dangerously frayed. A great holiday place but some TKC urgently needed.

The oven needs to be replaced as it was burnt at the bottom I tried to clean as I put food in and it totally smoked the cottage out
