GBBeautiful cottage, wonderful garden. Some nice additional facilities on site for children to play. Everything we could need at the property. Beds were perfect. Felt like a home away from home ☺️☺️
Very minor, the garden had not been properly cleaned so there was dog waste in the garden. I understand that it's easily missed though!! The dishes in the dishwasher needed another clean, and quite a few of the dishes in the cupboards still had food on them. I suspect from a previous guest. I wouldn't have ever expected the host to check every dish in the cupboard, but maybe a small issue with the dishwasher? We put it in a hot wash i stead of eco mode and it seemed to do the trick. Also, although not an issue for the host, the cottage is absolutely dog friendly, but we have a dog who likes to escape. The fences are low in the garden and he jumped them very quickly. Just worth noting if any future guests dogs are like ours!

GBLovely clean cottage, easy parking, own secluded hedged garden for privacy. 50 min stroll to Sidmouth seafront mostly along a tree lined cycle footpath, called the Byes, with the river alongside part of the way. Found a good café, Milson's Point, definitely recommend it. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this cottage, thank you owners.
Couldn't fault anything.
