Disappointed by the play park on site, the pictures on booking.com are obviously when it was brand new, but when we arrived, the park was very run down and dog poop on the grass in front of the park. No tea, coffee, sugar. I didn't bring any because in the photos of my cottage, it shows tea, coffee, and sugar pots on the side next to kettle. Tv kept losing signal. No iron.
GBThe location was perfect, parking easy, the views were lovely and the cottage perfect for our family of 4 plus our 2 dogs. Plenty of room if you were 6 people too. The fish and chip shop was a mere 5 mins away and was really good. A couple of pubs within easy walking distance. A great cottage with easy access to the surrounding area to explore.
One minor point, it was a little cold, we were unfortunate to pick the coldest weekend of the winter! There were electric heaters in all rooms, the bedrooms were perfect, the lounge a little chilly, but did eventually warm up. The kitchen had a fan heater in the kick board, the switch was on the wall to the left of the window, this made a huge diffence.

A bedside light is needed on both sides of the bed. We did not meet the owners to speak to. It would have been nice to get some history on the old buildings at the farm.
