Angelo (the host) was always communicative, responsive at any hour, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay — when problems arose, he assisted immediately and kept his word regarding reimbursement. However, the listing clearly advertises "private parking available" — this is simply not true. There is no private parking for guests. Following the host's own WhatsApp instructions on where to park, our rental car was towed by the Polizia Municipale on the first night, blocking a private entrance. We paid €130 to retrieve the vehicle from the depot, lost several hours dealing with police and paperwork, and spent 30+ minutes searching for parking on multiple occasions. The host acknowledged the situation and partially reimbursed us, which we appreciate. But the false parking information in the listing caused serious stress and real financial loss. Summary: great host, poor listing accuracy. If you're arriving by car — verify parking before booking.

Good location, beautiful view, the isle itself is small so you can get anywhere by foot, small walk to the left of the room and theres water access to the sea

Water pressure in the shower, really weak barley possible to take a normal shower, sometimes ants and mosquitos would enter the room, and the room is really small, bruised my legs try to cross to the bathroom which is right behind the foldable bed, which means any smell from there is automatically in your room

Una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Era un buco senza luci. La TV non funzionava la.porta d'ingresso dopo averla chiusa si apriva con una semplice spinta. Ma la cosa più allucinante è stata la totale mancanza di parcheggi mentre io lo avevo richiesto e sottolineato. Infine come se non bastasse per tenermi buono al telefono si era offerto di restituirmi i soldi mentre poi mi ha spedito una ricevuta farlocca senza numero di C.R.O..(i soldi mai ricevuti).Insomma state lontani da questo individuo se non volete farvi truffare cosi com'è successo a me.

I thought the suite had a sofabed, but then when he sent us more detail about his place, it was a Murphy bed. The type you pull down from the wall revealing a full size proper bed mattress. Host was generous to welcome us with a bottle of wine and water. Also a photo shared here is the sea literally in front of hotel. Under 5 minutes walk to the swimming area.

Not much. Just remember that it is value for money. Suits the expectation. As long as the bed is comfortable and the place is clean, I'm not so picky.

Was good location , kitchen facilities were excellent in sleeping area, good fridge , cooker worked .we cooked successfully Was charming bench watching the sea. Good for 2 nights.

Was tight , as basically a bed sit .fold down bed Shower was dodgy. Decor was interesting. Owner was very attentive sending multiple messages a day but we never met him . Parking space was available to unload only , Was told to find a parking bay as owner had agreed car by police car was fine. We got a ticket but owner said don’t worry he would sort it out as car was cleared to park on island . We left the ticket in the room for him to clear.

Great location, coffee machine and cafaulas available, Amgelo the owner was very kind.and helpful. Nice place to sleep in after day out near the beach.

The room was small but well-organized. There was one occasion where I requested cleaning and it didn't happen. The mattress was a bit slanted, but I managed., but other than that, everything was great.
