The layout of the Living Room and Dining Area was good.

1. The property has been listed as three bedroom apartment, however, there are only 2 bedrooms and there 1 sofa cum bed in living area. This is misleading listing. 2. The property was stinking of some foul smell. All linens, towels etc were stinking badly. Even the utensils like plates, bowls etc were having dog smell. 3. The bed in the upper room was broken and the mattress was also sagging. 4. Even reaching out to the property owner and booking.com customer care was of no help and no resolution was provided.

La ubicación fue excelente, muy cerca de la playa de Ipanema y con fácil acceso para desplazarse por Río de Janeiro. El departamento era cómodo y especialmente adecuado para viajes en grupo. Éramos 7 amigos y disfrutamos mucho de la amplia sala de estar, con una buena televisión y sillones cómodos para compartir y relajarnos después de las actividades del día. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente que nos permitió realizar un late check-out el último día debido a que nuestro vuelo salía tarde, algo que agradecimos mucho y que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más cómoda.

Aunque el anuncio indica capacidad para 10 personas, creemos que el departamento es más adecuado para entre 6 y 8 huéspedes. Hay camas para 6 personas y el resto debe dormir en colchones adicionales en el suelo. Además, contar con solo dos baños para grupos de entre 7 y 10 personas puede resultar algo incómodo en determinados momentos. Aun así, logramos organizarnos bien y disfrutamos de la estancia.

La struttura è ampia e contiene tutto ciò che può servirti. Divani e letti comodi, i bagni puliti e provvisti di asciugamani, phone e prodotti. La casa si trova a pochi metri da una fermata degli autobus che ti porta direttamente in centro, mentre il quartiere è tranquillo e vi si possono trovare sia ristoranti/bar che supermercati. L'host è gentilissimo e disponibile in caso di bisogno!

La casa è davvero bellissima, ampia, accogliente e ha un potenziate incredibile ! Anche per accogliere più persone ! Posizione ottimale vicino ad un parco bellissimo!

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare quella cucina PAZZESCA perché mancavano le pentole necessarie per poter cucinare a casa : eravamo in sei persone adulte e avevamo a disposizione solo tre pentolini .

The property was nothing like the pictures shown online. Several pieces of furniture were missing, and the overall condition was extremely disappointing. The flat was completely filthy — everything was dirty and dusty, with crumbs all over the kitchen and a very unpleasant smell throughout. The bathrooms were particularly unhygienic, and the bed sheets had a strong odor resembling alcohol or harsh cleaning products. After driving 6 hours to reach Edinburgh, we at least expected a clean and welcoming space, which was not the case at all. We arrived around 11 PM and, due to the late hour, were unable to find alternative accommodation. As a result, we had no choice but to stay and ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. The next morning, we contacted the host to request a refund for the second night. Unfortunately, he was very rude and refused outright. We took photos as evidence, but he insisted that the property had been cleaned prior to our arrival and that these were acceptable conditions. Based on this experience, I seriously question the authenticity of the positive reviews. Once you arrive, the reality is completely different. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the furniture has all been well chosen, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location is perfect.

Falta visible de limpieza. Ropa de cama desgastada. Sofá cama en malas condiciones e inutilizable.
