Peaceful location, Pond view. Lovely garden for the summer months. Nice kitchen with under floor heating. Good to have separate room for washer /dryer / rack for wet clothes. TV in main bedroom Friendly hosts Lovely surprise to get some prosecco to celebrate partner's 60th (thank you)

Would have preferred not to have steps up to the living room but a hand rail has been put in to help.
