Best place we have ever stayed, very well eqipped with modern appliances, great shower and lovely location. Hosts were very helpful, would love to stay here again.

Lovely quiet area. Great outdoor space. Lovely large bathroom and close.to mundsley. Excellent stay.

Only thing that would improve it, would be new.garden furniture.

Lovely character cottage overlooking water. Nice beds, huge outside area, close to beaches. Will definitely return.

Lack of comfortable chairs outside and the wooden furniture could do with a clean. An umbrella for shade would have been nice.

"Lovely stay at River view cottage"

Everything you need for a comfortable stay was at the property. Beautiful large secure garden, overlooking the pond and view of the river on the right. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was perfect, 7 min drive to the beach, 15 mins to the woods. Shops not too far away.

The Wifi was not so great near the back of the house. We already knew this from previous reviews.
