"Wonderful cottage where you feel home"

The cosy little cottage is spotlessly clean . You have tea and coffee and even sugar in the kitchen! Beautifully decorated and really welcoming! It's a tranquil place where you feel home! We simply loved Castle Cottage!

"Book castle cottage you won’t regret it"

Castle cottage is the best place I’ve stayed in hands down and I’ve been working away for 30 years,the host is very friendly and gives your all the information you need for your stay,the cottage has everything,comfy beds,great shower,your own parking space ,big kitchen with everything you need,I could easily live there haha thankyou for letting us stay

Positives Super Clean and comfy cottage, lovely shower room, super comfy beds. Opposite a great pub with good food and a lovely garden

Coffee machine would have been fab. It's situated right on a busy main road that was quite noisy

We struck gold staying here, it was perfect and great communication with the host. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the beds really comfy. It was great to have secure off road parking, Londis and a great pub opposite.

Nothing, we would stay again :)

"A beautiful welcoming cottage, in an idyllic location for families, friends or couples."

Location of the property was ideal. Excellent location to travel to Harrogate or weatherby. Plenty around the area to do. The location of the cottage itself was perfect. The pub literally over the road was good quality food and very welcoming. The small Londis shop has home made bakery items along with all the essentials that you would need. Instructions left by the host were perfect and made finding the property and parking much easier. The cottage was finished to an exceptional standard making it cosy but comfortable. We had 4 adults 2 children and our dog with us and there was ample space for us all.

I am having to be very picky to be able to think of anything to comment here. The shower cubicle could do with a non slip mat. - our children found it a bit slippery. The cottage wasn’t set up for both the children to stay but we quickly found how to pull the sofa bed out and found extra bedding and towels.

The location was excellent. The property was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A downstairs toilet would be good, but it wouldn’t put me off staying again 👍🏻
