Castle Cottage

Comfortable and well equipped/furnished house in a very convenient location. Good email/ message communication with owner. Safe off road parking. Good WiFi and smart tv. Very close to pub/hotel and a convenience shop.

A really lovely home and a great location. Situated at the bottom of a cul-de-sac felt very secure. Beds were comfortable everyone had a good night sleep. Nice size bathroom with a lovely shower. The parking bay was directly opposite the door to the house ample room to park a reasonably sized vehicle. We did also travel with another vehicle which we were able to park at the bottom of the street. There was a pub over the road which we didn’t have time to use, but the people were very friendly as they did wave while we walked past. A small corner shop which is again over the road. Very easy if you want to nip out and get something for breakfast. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

A newly refurbished three bedroom York stone cottage in a small village. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Great facilities and an accessible easy-going host. There was a good pub opposite along with a well stocked village shop.

Was a little further away from Harrogate than we realised - so taxis were a bit pricey

Like moving into a show home-wonderful. Absolutely perfectly-maintained property with everything you need. Shop and pub literally across the road only enhances the experience. Would happily stay here again. Add to that some delightful neighbours and there it is. Well done.

It was very well equipped warm and clean. Very nice and we would like to book for the Thursday and Friday for the knit and stitch show next year

The only negative was that in the little bedroom seemed to be a child's quilt on the bed, rather than single.
