Great location. Perfect for walking the palace, Royal Mile etc are close, as is the bus stop to Royal yacht Britannia. Plenty of space for a family holiday with no need for a car as we could walk or bus to visit all the sights. Lucasz was really responsive and helpful.

Internet connection was slower than we hoped. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped, though Lucasz provided a frying pan very promptly. Bath needed a plug so we could bath the baby. Downstairs shower room vanity cupboard looks a little tired at the moment.

Upon arrival to the house, we were surprised with a loaded refrigerator with local eggs, bread, and milk. It it was very much appreciated. There was five ladies that stayed at the house and we were all comfortable with our own space, comfortable beds, and just overall great atmosphere having an ability to use a washer and a dryer really helped out. I would highly recommend this location. It was perfect in every way.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we only booked it for two nights. It was definitely one of those places you could stay long-term comfortably and there’s so much to do on the island. It was a perfect location to leave from.

What a fabulous location! Lovely little ground floor property with private parking which is hard to come by in that part of the city. Right near attractions and bus routes. Very comfy beds, spacious dining and lounge area. Well heated when we came in on a cold Scottish spring night. Very well equipped with roomy wardrobes, large fridge and freezer. Owner was extremely communicative and accommodating.

Could have done with instructions for central heating (the owner did give us all the details for use of the property so perhaps we just missed it)
