No 4 Trelawney Apartment - Onsite Bar - Restaurant - Horse Riding

It is a fantastic cottage well equipped with everything you need. Grandkids loved every minute of our stay. The beds are so comfortable we all slept like logs we needed a extra bed and ot was no trouble for them to give us a camp bed grandson said it was very comfy. We are looking to come back later in the year.

Plug in Heaters didn’t work and the foot fell off and we’re dangerous around the children, so had to be moved away from children’s bed Screws were sticking up from joining strips, kept catching feet on them Bathroom was falling to pieces, floor was dangerous with holes and plastic strips not even attached 3 beds made up and we booked for 4 No basics, Tea Coffee Sugar No soap in the bathroom No washing up liquid (but all dishes needed to be done before leaving) Rusty Bin in bathroom, Kitchen Bin didn’t work Sad state of repair really, in need of a good amount of work, paint and bits of walls falling off Tv didn’t work and the controller was dirty Freezing cold when we arrived as no heating Couldn’t pick up Wi-Fi

Quiet location but near the main road for easy access. Modest price. Warm enough and reasonably well equipped but better suited to summer breaks than in winter.

Annoying bathroom light, soft mattress, muddy potholed access lane. Lack of attention to details like curtains not hung properly and bathroom with badly fitted floor covering, damaged plaster, loose trim, no extractor fan.

The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly.

There was damp on the walls in the bathroom. There was only 3 beds made up even though it was booked for 4 so we were expected to make the additional bed up ourselves. Not overly clear on where to go. The front door did not lock so was not relaxing when we had 2 young children with us.
