Location was superb. Peacocks around and very peaceful.

Water pressure was very low in shower.

Nice place in the middle of nature, a restaurant close by and horse stables..furnished with everything one needs..not easy to find at first for us unexperienced couple..you have to use the postal code!!! That makes it easy!!. Besides that very pleasant and Jane was a nice host.

We mentioned we are 3 adults and 1 child when we booked this "cottage". However, there are only 1 double bed and 1 single bed inside the cottage. (The photo on Booking.com showing 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 single bed, that is totally not true and misleading!) We tried to send message and asked for help. They replied that we have to pull out a pull-out bed ?? In fact, there is no any pull-out bed, only a bed frame and a mattress being placed in between the single bed and window. They had no reply to our message when we ask for sending someone to set up "the bed"... We need to take out bed frame and mattress one after one, then we set up "the bed" and we can only place it at the end of the double bed. Now, these 3 beds' position is different from the photo on Booking.com. If we want to place 3 beds in the positon as like the photo on booking.com, we have to completely move all 3 beds to get some space. Regarding the bedding for "the bed": They said the bedding is in the cupboard in front of the bathroom. However, there is no fitted sheet/flat sheet for "the bed", you can only sleep on the mattress directly. The pillow for "the bed" have stains. The cupboard actually is the boiler room, the cleanliness... Finally, we give up "the bed", we, four persons, share to sleep on 1 double bed and 1 single bed. That is ridiculously, when we booked the cottage, they said it is equipped with "double+single+single beds", isn’t it?? Frankly, I can't believe the "cottage" I stayed in was booked on Booking.com. The reviews give the cottage overall 8 marks (10 is max)?? I really need to re-evaluate booking.com customer reviews and marks...

Property hard to find at night. Off putting Walking in the dark down muddy lane to property.No lights on in property..Not at all welcoming
