Fabulous little cottage, a real home from home. Very comfortable & cosy. Communication from owners was great; quick and included all the information you could need. Great location, 3 mins walk to Pickering town centre. I would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to visiting again myself sometime soon.

The fabulous garden. Kitchen. Modern Bathroom

The fact that the bathroom/toilet was downstairs. We also had to.park over the road and down the street which made packing and unpacking a bit of a challenge for my daughter... I am not very mobile.

The location was fantastic for our week on North Yorkshire Moors Railway, The Cottage itself is absolutely wonderful with all the facilities that you need for your break. Can't recommend it enough and will be going back

beautiful place and spot on for location.very clean and tidy

just one small thing.. I’m 6ft4 and the door frame from the dining room to the kitchen is very low ? but get used to bucking
