Picturesque Traditional Stone House

The Host was really kind and even brought as something traditional to eat now and then. As we stayed here in March and it was kind of cold we really enjoyed the build in fireplace. Also the garden looked really inviting.

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better as we only had comparatively small pan and just salt and pepper as spices. But this is just a small issue. What really bothered us was that the bedroom is located right next to the not very busy but nevertheless noisy street. Additinally, the bed was very soft and sleeping in there wirh two people meant thaf you are really gonna sink into the middle of the bed. Furthermore, as we stayed here off season (in march) all of the restaurants nearby were closes (but naturally that insn't the fault of the apartment).

The apartments are very nice and make them really a home. And even more Popi and her son are so warmhearted hosts, that we fully felt at home abroad. The garden makes it a paradise. Our true rating would be a 12, if possible.

Everything was great and outstanding, nothing to complain.

The hosts were amazing, arranged a birthday cake to be delivered to a restaurant where we ate lunch for our son. Also arranged a meal together which was delicious!

The bed was too soft for me, but it is completely subjective and is by no means a deal breaker, I would book again.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Poppy and Basilis are so welcoming, I felt at home from the minute I arrived. The house is traditional and very beautiful, but has all the things you need, including aircon, fireplace, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer... Poppy's garden really transports you to a different world. The place is just magical and just what you need to rest your soul. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Perfect experience. Popi and Vasilis were super helpful from the first moment. They helped us whenever we need anything. We were treated as their personal guests. The house has everything, very close to one of the best beaches of Crete. Lots of great restaurants around. Definitely will visit again.

Definitly a pittoresque lovely traditional stoned house, with a charming garden. The hosts were very Nice and helpful. You have everything you need in this house . And if you need a boat tour, a quad or a bike, ask the owner.
