Beautiful rooms in a great location. Very clean and furnishings very tasteful and stylish.

Lack of loo rolls in all bathrooms, we often have a welcome pack with some essentials, it’s a nice touch. Downstairs bedroom extractor not working.

Just returned from a family holiday, lovely cottage, excellent location, close to the beach, pubs and local amenities. Very clean, comfortable beds.

The location was good - an easy walk into town and close to the harbour. Plenty of bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Comfortable beds. A nest with 5 baby swallows was in the front porch and caused much delight.

There was insufficient light in the living room. The lamps were very dim. We would have liked more mugs and another cafetiere. One of the toilet seats was broken and the bath in one of the bedrooms (A stange location - we would not have used it as the ensuite had a large shower) had inches of water in it when we arrived which did not drain away.

How close we were to town

Location, layout of the rooms, parking for 2 cars.

Kitchen worktops still had crumbs and lots of hairs on the carpets, human and dog !
