The radiators didn’t come on over our weekend stay It said in the info pack that they automatically come on over a weekend??

Die Lage ist gut. Die Betten waren sauber bezogen. Ein schöner Garten und eine ruhige Umgebung.

Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht nur alt und abgenutzt, sondern auch nicht gereinigt. Essensreste klebten am Geschirr. Man fühlte sich in der Küche nicht wohl. Da es auch nur ein Geschirrtuch gab und der Geschirrspüler nicht funktionierte, konnte man auch keine wirkliche Abhilfe schaffen. Unsere Reklamation wurde zwar bestätigt, aber auf den Wunsch nach Erstattung der Reinigungsgebühr haben wir leider bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass es dem Eigentümer nach unserer Meldung wichtig gewesen wäre zumindest einen Teil der 180 Pfund Gebühr zu erstatten, die wir für eine Reinigung bezahlt haben, die nach dem Aufenthalt nicht angemessen erscheint. Sehr schade, finden wir.

Great location and a beautiful cottage, which had everything we needed. Bright, light, airy and close to Southwold. Much better value than staying in the town itself.

The steep stairs weren't ideal and could be an issue for people with mobility issues.

Good location for access to Southwold (either walk or drive). The property was spacious and clean and had most of the facilities you would need. Lovely little garden with outdoor seating.

Stairs are steep and there isn't the option to put a stairgate at the top of the stairs.

Comfortable, well stocked, clean. Everything we needed.
