Orchard Cottage

A lovely quiet countryside location with ample parking. The cottage was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was friendly and accommodating. Nice outdoor area and garden.

Lovely rural retreat with nice garden view from sitting room and good kitchen.

Did not realize a second cottage was adjoining but other couple quiet so not a problem. Be prepared for narrow country lane driving.

Beautifully situated cottage in rural Kent and only 15 minutes drive into Canterbury. Everything we needed for a home from home, including comfy beds, ensuite in each bedroom, cooker, dishwasher and cafetiere in kitchen. Immaculately clean. Lovely outdoor space, patio with table and chairs (next to Little Orchard Cottage) and pretty shared garden. Walks from the cottage. Ample parking. Very helpful owner.

Nothing at all - but you do need to be nimble to get up the spiral staircase to the twin bedroom!

It was clean and well equipped, other than a broom and mop which would have been really useful with us taking our dog with us.

The shared entrance - the gate kept getting left open by other occupants which wasn’t ideal when you gave a dog with you. Also there should be a gate between the neighbouring property to prevent dogs going through.

A tranquil, perfectly located little cottage. Ideal for our short relaxing stay in the country. Easy to get to Canterbury and the coast. Any queries quickly answered and sorted by our host. Would definitely recommend.

Spiral staircase needs careful negotiation but it is clearly displayed in the information/ pictures advertising the cottage.
