Self catering cottage. Very well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, in a beautiful location. Outside space surrounded by attractive borders, trees and shrubs.

We were not aware that the bathroom was on the ground floor. Not really ideal for elderly people. The shower/bath also not ideal for the same reason. It was not easy to regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Location was perfect for our trip and very convenient for the train station. It was lovely to meet Gary on arrival which is so welcoming and he explained all the essentials about the house and location.

We liked everything

Great little cottage, with a lovely outdoor space, where we are food and had drinks.

15 minute walk to Todmorden across the park access via Leisure Centre lower car park entrance. Quiet location and everything worked

We were very lucky with hot weather so the kitchen felt nice and cool.

The location was beautiful with lovely views over the valley with stoodley pike in distance. Great garden with your own little table and chairs.

Absolutely perfect little cottage, in a lovely location. Best bath I've had in ages (nice and long), very clean, everything we needed. Loved the fresh roses, thank you 🌷
