Ewood Cottage *NEW* Exquisite Country Cottage

The location was ideal for us with its close proximity to the railway station

It was clean, cosy and well equipped. There was lots of attention to detail both inside and outside the cottage. The location was excellent. It was only 15 minutes walk from the town centre on the woodland path near to the property entrance. Plenty of great walks and places to explore without needing to use the car. Gary (the owner) was friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

This is a beautiful little cottage in a great location. It's super clean and equipped with everything you could need and has a nice little outside seating area. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The cottage is in pretty much the best location. It sits just up at the foot of one of the local hills, (of which there are a few), up a lovely lane just off of one of the main routes into Todmorden so it was easy to find. Its position affords some beautiful views across the valley and the wonderful hills that surround the market town. Gary, the host, is very welcoming and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. The cottage is absolutely superb with so many gorgeous original features left from its past, all cleverly intertwined with a wonderful modern kitchen and bathroom. Truly an "Exquisite Country Cottage".

There was absolutely nothing not to love about this pretty and welcoming cottage.

A lovely cottage with everything we needed and more - very well equipped. Everything had been carefully thought through. The welcoming wine and chocolate and fresh flowers were lovely touches. Great central heating with a power shower with plentiful hot water. Parking was easy. Hope to come again when we are in the area.

Exquisite cottage in a fantastic location with great views. The centre of Todmorden is very close by where you can find everything you need. The cottage was perfectly prepared for us and spotlessly clean. Gary was so helpful and friendly, meeting us when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped, especially for longer stays and you can prepare full meals. The whole cottage was very warm and cosy we felt very at home. Would definitely stay again. There's nothing to dislike about the cottage. I would have appreciated a washing machine as we were there for two weeks but I knew before I booked that I'd need to use a launderette. There is one just on the main road very close by so don't let it put you off booking this lovely cottage. Highly recommended.
