Chichester Retreat with Large Private Mature Garden

Beautiful house, lots of character, very comfortable and homely the garden was amazing even in winter. Everything was really well stocked, lots of towels and toiletries. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing really

Myself and my family absolutely loved this property. It was huge ! but also great for adults and children. We all had our own space if needed which was good but could all come together around a big dinner table. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the massage chair and big tv ! The hot tub was a bonus and the children loved the board games and ping pong . We had a lovely break and will book it again. Eric and Tatiana were very kind and helpful.

Access was easy

The road outside the house was busier than expected

Superb location just on the edge of Chichester. Perfect for our family gathering and the layout of the accommodation worked perfectly for us. Having two sitting rooms was excellent. The kitchen is exceptionally well served with all the pots,. pans and (in our case - lasagne dishes - ) you could wish for. We loved the welcome note and easy to access good wifi. Very pet friendly which was important to us. It felt like a real home and has helped us create some wonderful memories.

The shower over the main bath was tricky to use (getting the right temperature tough) but that was a minor concern for us.

Loads of extras for family’s and kids. Hot tub trampoline board games ping pong badminton. Shower in the en-suite was amazing.

Being an older character property some things were a bit run down but it didn’t effect our stay at all.

The space, both indoors and outside, was fantastic and the house well-equipped. We had 4 generations staying together, and it gave us the space we needed. There were lots of games to keep us occupied inside when it rained and also for outside.

Great location, close to Chichester but far enough away to be nice a quite.
