"Great property in need of a little maintenance"

Great location for the town centre and as a base to travel into the Lake District National Park. It was also good value for money.

This property is in need of a little maintenance. The main bathroom plumbing needs looking at, when my son had a shower water flooded through to the livingroom located directly under the main bathroom. This was an existing issue, we noticed the damage to the livingroom ceiling as soon as we arrived. Get this sorted and I would be happy to rent this property again.

Excellent location, well equipped kitchen and comfy living room.

Awful mattresses (springs felt at all times) on all beds, mouldy bathroom and one shower didn’t work at all

"Not great for the price."

Not much,it need a good airing.Smelt of damp & musty soon as I opened the front door.Most of the rooms were the same,luckily I was only there for the one night.

Needs a good lick of paint,and some repairs.No works been done on it for a while.
