Eastbourne, Sovereign Harbour Holiday Home

Location is very quiet with a pleasant, level walk around the North Harbour to restaurants and retail centre. It is a much longer walk to the resort centre so transport is required (bus stop around the corner) unless you are a keen walker. The property is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable with a welcome pack and cleaning materials to make your stay a home from home. The provision of a barbeque with charcoal and firelighters is great. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young children, made easier by 2 bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The beds are comfortable and furnished with good quality bed linen and towels. Two comfortable sofas in a generous living room, dining table with 6 chairs both indoors and outside, plus a 4-seat patio set make for a relaxing stay. Excellent information and communication from the host Jason all helps to make this property an exceptionally good choice for a holiday.

The addition of coasters for hot drinks would help to protect the well furnished rooms, and a lower level mirror would allow people to view themselves full face.

Location, allocated parking, 3 toilets (perfect for mixed age group), exceptionally clean throughout the property and thoughtful items in fridge as a welcome pack!

Host was very good at keeping me updated and promptly answered emails. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and the Prosecco went down well.

If someone in your group got up very early in the morning as I did, it disturbed everyone because of the creaky flooring. Overall no other complaint.

La réalité est conforme à la description. Jason a été très réactif, très prévenant, a répondu très rapidement, la maison était nickel. Le welcome pack est une belle attention. J'ai également apprécié le kit cuisine avec le liquide vaisselle, les torchons, le sel et poivre, le savon à tous les lavabos, le papier toilette,...que de services appréciables.

S'il fallait mentionner un bémol, ce serait l'équipement de la cuisine : la poêle est en fin de vie et il n'y a qu'un seul saladier en plastique...et j'aurais apprécié des pinces à linge.

The house is a wonderful holiday home in a very pleasant neighborhood. Lots of space and comfort for a whole family, also a nice backyard to eat outside when the weather is fine. Very tidy and clean. Super friendly and helpful host, we would be happy to come back one day.

Difficult to find something - there could be a bit more dishes and cutlery (for six people it was just enough), and the window blinds still let in a lot of light.

Exceptionally clean, large well equipped property in a great location.

We like everything about this place, we've been several times now. Everywhere is spotless, and there's always a great welcome pack. There is a good bus service into town. It suits us very well.

There's nothing we didn't like.
