Eastbourne, Sovereign Harbour Holiday Home

Overall a good experience. Communication was excellent, the accomodation was very clean & tidy and with two teenagers & 2 adults having 3 bedrooms was perfect for us. Welcome pack was a nice touch.

There's not a lot to improve as it was a modern property close to Eastbourne & the local shops. With all modern houses the walls are thin so noise does carry. The shower was adequate but not very powerful. The towels provided were quite small so maybe bath sheets would be better. The beds/bedding were nice but the mattress was on the firm side.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of parking for the property. The harbour was close by and provided a scenic walk to restaurants. The provision of bread, milk etc to welcome us to the property was much appreciated 👏🏿 The property was clean, smelt great and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

The house was very well decorated, the bed were comfortable, the welcome package was above what I expected.

This is a great location near Pevensey Bay, ideal for us for the tennis as there's a good bus service into town from close to.

This is our third stay here, so nothing is wrong with it.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 3 night break away in Eastbourne. The property at Sovereign Harbour is absolutely spotless and very well kept. It is in a great location with all the right amenities. A short 5 minute walk to the beach front and a 10 minute drive to Eastbourne town centre. A nice welcome pack on arrival was appreciated and very kind. The on-site parking at the property is a big help. We had great communication with Jason, which was nice. All in all , we've had a brilliant few days away, and we will definitely be returning in the future. ***Highly recommended*** Michael & Family

The house is located in a safe and peaceful residential area. It takes only a couple minutes' drive to Eastbourne town centre. There are good restaurants and a huge shopping park near by, which made our journey as a whole family very cosy and convenient. We will always like the after-dinner walk along the seaside, which is only seven minutes away from the house. The house is clean and tidy with everything a young family need. Our communication with the host is also very smooth. Thanks!
