Eastbourne, Sovereign Harbour Holiday Home

Overall very good impression. A peaceful location. Exceedingly clean and neat, well-equipped with utensils etc., comfortable beds. Heating and washing facilities very good. Excellent contact with Jason the owner. The information in your encyclopaedic volume was very useful, even though we had been to Eastbourne several times before. Well done! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

A few minor things that might be useful – The mirrors were too high for my wife to use. There were not enough coat hooks. The lighting throughout was not bright enough to read by. Instructions on how to use oven & TV would have helped. Black-out blinds meant either full exposure to passing pedestrians or too dark to see/read. The lay-out in the lounge was awkward for TV watching, although it was perfect for conversation. I stress these are minor items that only mildly detracted from our enjoyment.

Very clean accomodation it was spacious and well fitted with everything you could need and more!. We met the owner and he was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for our stay.

Only thing I did notice was there wasn't a toilet brush or a dish rack for washing up if we didn't use the dishwasher provided. But other than that I'm clutching at straws to find anything wrong!

This was the perfect base for us, Sovereign Harbour was really nice and all the beaches only a short drive. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed

Everything was great! The friendly owner, the very clean house, the confortable beds. The welcome package was amazing and the kids even got some Easter chocolate! The house was a walking distance from the harbour and the beach. We will definitely come back!
