Victoria Cottage, Ironbridge

Lovely little cottage. Easy to find, easy to park. Comfortable beds

Hard to get warm downstairs but it was winter and it's a cottage.

Cosy, clean and quiet little cottage with a lovely local pub next door to it. Within walking distance of the main high street where the iconic Ironbridge heritage site can be accessed. Everything else that one would typically go to Ironbridge for is close enough by foot or car. Lovely spot to head to time and again. Although the host had to attend to personal matters during our stay and unable to respond timely (it was under very special circumstances and hence understandable), our stay experience was not severely affected.

Location and facilities. Very homely.

Nothing all lovely

Location was good for sightseeing.

Getting plates and bowls down from a very high cupboard was quite difficult for a short person. Getting into the bath was impossible for an elderly person with no grab rails to help with getting in and out safe use. The back bedroom window opens out directly over a pub garden which means a lot of noise for people sleeping in that room.

I booked this cottage for my Mum and Dad. It is in a brilliant location and perfect for everything they wanted to see and visit and had everything they wanted. The cottage is absolutely lovely and kept to a high standard. I can't fault the hosts whatsoever they have gone above and beyond from the beginning and communication was excellent throughout. Totally recommend staying here.

Mum did say she found the cottage a bit chilly in the evenings but there is a gas fire to keep you toasty
