The house was big enough for a family of 7 with young children.Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, kitchen was well equipped too. Host left yummy treats for the children and was happy for us to checkout at 12 instead of 10am. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back when next we visit Birmingham.

Cleanliness, Decor, space, garden, location and peaceful

Sofa heavily stained, we had to sit there to watch and not clean or nice for our kids aged 5 months and 3 year old. Needs a touch up of paint but overall good

Had a fantastic stay, excellent communication from the hosts have two parking stations, who couldn't do anything more to help us. Would highly recommend and will be using again
