Nice clean & well presented property in good and quiet location. Great communication from the hosts can't fault them, will definitely stay here again

Need mirrors in bathrooms and bedrooms Tiling broken Toilets dirty Mould in many places Holes in many walls Manja was broken so couldnt be used Kitchen not well equipped and baking trays/pots/pans dirty Need broom and dustpan brush Not provided with clean sponges/scorers so had to buy new ones Iron was leaking water everywhere Shower curtain kept falling down

The location, cleanliness, easy to find.

Only two things that stood out where 1. the upstairs shower head in the main bath could be moved to a center position to help prevent water going on the floor and 2.a small dust pan and broom just to help keep the place tidy. Overall great place and would definitely come back.

We came up to visit family who live nearby, and our stay at this house was everything we needed. All information regarding the property including the code for the lock box was given well in advance and the hosts were available if I ever needed to communicate with them. The property was clean, comfy and had everything that was needed. The property is in a great location with a lot of transport links available and not too far from the centre of Birmingham. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when visiting family.

Lovely property, great communication, helpful host

A family of four stayed for two nights. The apartment is beautiful, bright. There is a small cozy patio where you can sit with a coffee. Great location. The house has everything you need. Cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet area.
