The hosts were extremely thoughtful and welcoming. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a host.

Beautifully done with lovely decor and very spacious. Self check in was easy. Everything was lovely. My contact was so polite and kind and quick responses. Beds were very comfortable.

Not enough mirrors. Some of the cookware was dirty on arrival. No kitchen towels.

Spacious, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Good location, a short taxi ride or 6 minutes on the train into Birmingham New street. The host was brilliant, communicated great and was quick and attentive to all of our questions. They left us some snacks for when we arrived and nothing seemed too much trouble. They sent over a list of recommendations for food in the area which we also thought was a lovely touch. Seemed clean and tidy too.

Could have done with some kitchen roll, tea towels and oven gloves. Not a major problem but we stayed for a couple of nights so this would have made it easier when cooking breakfast etc.

The apartment is immaculate. You can tell or gets deep cleaned regularly. Beds comfortable, and everything you need is supplied! The host is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We called him about another bed which wasn't actually in the apartment or advertised, but within 20 minutes he was at the apartment sorting my request. We will definitely be returning ☺️
