Glangwna Holiday Park

Didn't want to leave!

Melanie and her husband are amazing hosts who are extremely thoughtful. We came here last year and loved the place so much we booked again for this year. Beautiful walks for the dogs and plenty to keep teenagers entertained but at the same time very relaxing.

Nothing to not like

The lodge was clean if a little tired. Reminded me of a caravan. Site is good value with a clubhouse, outdoor pool and children’s entertainment.

It was peaceful and attractive location. The lodge had everything we needed for self catering (except I didn’t find a chopping board), with supermarkets nearby and a shop on site for necessities. Impressed by the number of TVs! The pool was clean and well positioned for afternoon sun. Nice to glimpse the lake from the balcony.

Glad we knew about the bathroom door not fitting as it could have been annoying but instead we just laughed!

Really quiet relaxing atmosphere cabin was really comfortable clean good value for money on site pub very reasonable prices. Very good cafe on site. Shop swimming and kids park on site. Great place to stay.

Location was excellent. It was near the entrance to the site. The site entrance was near bus stop for going into town and for the bus into Snowdonia Park to do walking. The cabin had all the necessary facilities inc washing machine. Electricity by card , however there was some already on the metre. There was a site shop, cafe and bar- all very pleasant.

Lovely host, we felt so welcoming. Everything was so clean, Melanie was absolutely amazing, she was taking care and gave a lot of details which ones helped
