Communication with booking.com they gave us the wrong codes for the gates. I spoke to the accommodation owners a few weeks before we travelled and they gave me the codes which were different to booking,com. If I hadn’t spoken to them I wouldn’t have known the correct codes. I therefore rang the owners after receiving the codes from booking.com to confirm the correct codes

Excellent location -5 minute walk to the beach and lovely pub(great food). Good parking.. right outside the door. Lovely decor. very comfortable and clean. Good communication with the owners

Incredible location and a wonderful house. A 2-min walk from the beach, coast pathway walk, Quiddles Café for breakfast and Cove House Inn for dinner, both of which we’d booked in advance. The house was spacious, spotless, comfortable and well equipped, with parking right outside the front door. The welcome basket of goodies was very much appreciated. Communication with the owners was prompt and efficient. It was ideal for our break and we wouldn’t hesitate in booking the house again.

Location was brilliant and views from the bedroom on the top floor were fabulous. Parking right outside. 10 second walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to the good beachfront pub suggested by the host. Thank you for the welcome hamper!

Every thing was wonderful WOW what a beautiful home

The kitchen for all of us was the main part and the court yard garden

Amazing location; 3 min walk to great pub, right on the SW coastal path for stunning walks, right on the beach to the point where we fell asleep to the sound of the waves coming though our bedroom window.. Great lounge area, comfy bedrooms. Convenient private parking and amazing bath.

Had everything we needed. Owners were very accommodating.

A hot tub would be lovely but nothing negative

Location, spacious

No hot water on first morning until we figured out the boiler settings were set too low. Netflix didn’t work on our last day. Generally tired decor in some rooms. Lack of proper instructions for appliances. No bins in bedrooms. Lounge could do with a rug to make it more comfortable.

Location good and style of house nice and a comfy lounge. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Well equipped kitchen.

Minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed but would make such a difference to guest satisfaction. Leaking shower upstairs and mouldy smell. Mouldy grout. Blind in top front bedroom has no cord and you have to pull down with hand. Downstairs bedroom curtain rail loose and and moves when you pull curtains. Bedside lightshade is loose and rickety. No splashback to sink in downstairs bathroom causing peeling of paint. Dirty windows throughout we cleaned kitchen window as all grimy. Garden nice but area needs tidying weeding. Despite these issues our stay was pleasant.
