Luxurious Beach House Chesil Beach. Sleeps 6

Clean and quiet place. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Easy collection of keys to the building. Nearby nice pub :)

Location was fabulous just a short walk from beach, pubs and supermarkets. Communication and helpfulness of host were excellent too.

Ideally, for accommodation this size, you would hope for more than one parking space, but there was free parking available on the street

About the only + is the location, literally one minute walk to the pebbly beach. Other than that, its just an average 3-story home let out as a holiday rental

Whoever owns /operates this place does it on the really cheap. The photos you see are taken at really wide angle, which gives the perception that its very spacious, which is misleading. The windows are really small, which means the natural lighting is poor. There is no air circulating within the home. The really cheap metal furniture and kitchen hardware feels like you are staying in a warehouse. Basic things like toilet paper holders, soap dish and floor mats are not provided for. The temperature control and the bathroom extractor fan were not working during our stay. I could go on and on ... The biggest disappointment ... a request for extra bedding was turned down. We had to go out and buy some! Bottom line, you have to spend money to make money, Its that simple!

comfortable home in a wonderful location, everything we needed was provided, house was spotlessly clean, honestly can't fault it. good communication from Debbie and Chris. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic location for beach, swimming, cliff walks. Good to have a dedicated secure parking space, as public street parking was nearly always full. Nice little courtyard area at the back for breakfast on a warm morning. Property is on three levels; the ground floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal for our elderly mum (there is a further bathroom on top floor). Thoughtful welcome pack, including milk for that all-important cuppa on arrival! There's a small Coop a few streets away and a Lidl a couple of minutes by car. The Cove Inn is really close and a lively pub with good food; Quiddles is great for a beach breakfast or lunch (make sure to reserve a table).

Some of the walls are showing signs of wear, easily sorted with a lick of paint. Bedside lights in twin room are rather bright!

Lovely welcome basket and milk in the fridge, which were nice touches. Rooms all good sizes and fantastic sea view from top bedroom window. Lovely pub down the road and beach just outside. Billy Winters down the road was great and had a great beach to go swimming. Washing machine and dishwasher. We had a lovely week.
