Luxurious Beach House Chesil Beach. Sleeps 6

Excellent location, with one allocated parking space. House split over 3 levels- good WiFi connection. Well equipped kitchen and welcome pack provided.

The property was clean and the owners responded very quickly when we asked for some fans.

The property is very cramped for 6 people with a very small kitchen. The parking is for only one car and parking outside is virtually impossible at this time of year. There is no sandy beach locally and you need to drive quite a distance to get to one so not suitable for small children.

Location and cleanliness of the property.

Seating in the kitchen was uncomfortable.. Lack of saucepans of different sizes in the kitchen. Garden furniture has seen better days

Lovely property in a great location, suited our party perfectly & had a super stay. Excellent private parking & a very short walk to the beautiful Chesil Beach

Not ideal for less mobile as there are 3 flights of stairs to access the whole property

It was near the sea front and easy to explore the peninsular from there.

We were disappointed that the property didn't match the description from when we booked. It didn't have the following: " terrace with sea views" - the terrace is for the private use of a neighbour "direct access to the beach and coastal path" - direct access is private for the neighbour's use, not for this property. Guests will need to use the same path that the general public use which is off the street outside the property. These were major factors in our decision to book this property so we felt let down.

Location

Would benefit from hooks for coats etc and a coffee table in the lounge area. Very comfortable property, but wouldn’t rate it as luxurious.

Close proximity to beach

No hooks for coats etc , could have done with some in hallway and in bathroom. Size of bench etc in kitchen made it impossible to open dishwasher fully making loading very awkward.
