"An very good positioned property to explore Clearwater and St Petersburg that just needs a refresh."

The Location of the property was excellent, very near to Clearwater and all facilities and the town in a very nice quiet street. The kitchen has very good appliances.

The towels and linen could do with a refresh and the decking is in need of repair. It could also do with an oven tray.

Location. Inside is nice.

Outside, need some work. Yard is weed. Fence is green. Gutters are clogged. Deck has rotten wood.

"You get what you pay for."

There was no breakfast. The location was good to get to the main highway. The house was a small house with all the essentials.

We had a problem with roaches. The owner did provide an exterminator to resolve any further episodes. The fire alarm in one bedroom kept chirping all night. It took some time to learn the TV cable . There were many remotes with no instructions on how to use them. The towel rack in the bathroom feel on my brother-in-laws head. One bathroom is tough when you have four adults.
