Pine Street

Location was great, only a few minutes drive from everything, internet was decently fast which was completely unexpected. Quality of the furnishings and fixtures were in excellent repair.

I know it's not the American or Floridian way but a clothesline would have been great. Similarly being able to select water temp for the washing machine would have been great too, dark colors fade in hotter water. Being monitored constantly by the staff, and getting messaged 3 mins after checkout time when that time was being spent ensuring that the house was securely locked up.

The property perfectly met our needs. Directions for stay, rules, and preparation of the property was perfect.

It was a bit rundown. Not terrible, but my husband, a bit more high maintenance than myself, didn’t like it. There is some much needed repairs to the overall property. For example; when getting into the bed, my three year old looks behind her at. Throw pillow and says, “Look mama, look daddy, there’s a hole in my pillow”. Not the end of the world as we were just spending a night. But could use a bit of TLC.

It was very clean. It is exactly as stated.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The house in the pictures online is exactly what it looks like. Enjoyed our stay in Clearwater it was great!! We did not spend a lot of time at the house. We did sight seeing and enjoyed the Kenny Wayne Shepherd concert at the Jazz Holiday. Had delicious meals at Frenchy's original and Mexican food. Great visit all around!

The towels and wash cloths should be replaced with new towels.

We had a rented car and it was no issue to get any point like beach, markets and airport.

We liked everything and we'd like to came back in future.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. This is an EXCELLENT location, close to the beach and is just a great home. It was just a friend and I and we had a relaxing time doing yoga on the nice back patio. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. It was perfect. I will be back again.

I agree with a previous review that the bath linens seemed a bit worn, and should be switched out, luckily we brought our own. But that’s the only thing! Beware of lizards :)
