Pine Street

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Property mgmt was great. I locked myself out upon arrival and property mgmt arranged for me to pick up a spare key the same night. It also had a large enclosed patio with a washer & dryer. However, towels, rugs, bed linen & cookware need to be replaced /upgraded. The towels they had in the room should have been discarded along with the bath rug. Everything was mismatched and extremely worn. I actually went out and purchased towel sets the night of my arrival because the towels were so worn at tje property. Fortunately, I had a pillow & blanket, which I always travel with when staying in a short term rental. Last, the property owner should put shelf liner in the built in cabinet next to the bathroom. The drawers are currently lined with newspaper which downgrades the property.

The location was centrally located. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. It was also nice to have a park a short walk away.

We loved the house, Very Clean, easy to get to places to eat and stores.

We didn't get the correct Wi-Fi code the 1st evening and was texting the property host and got reply but told we were given the right code. After rebooting our devices and trying again and again we called and told not right code, we have 3 up to date devices and told over and over was given the right password. We were not hooked up that evening. until 11pm approx. We drove to the Racetrack and were connected to Wi-Fi quickly about 10pm. It wasn't a problem on our end. Also, next to the router had several stands/2 older boxes to look at but we didn't want to touch or pull on until was told to do that. We spent 4hrs after going back and forth with the host. We were told it was on the square box but was on the oval newer one had the right code. We weren't given the correct code by the host. Therefore, not able to get dinner ordered, until late. Little to pick from because we didn't have access to see what was in the area online. The following day we were heading out when we heard the alarm going off, so was glad we didn't leave because couldn't have got back until late evening then would have been a bigger problem to get that taken care of late. We were told to go ahead leave but someone was on the way. Particularly we didn't want a 3rd party coming in and us already gone and just didn't feel comfortable with that. The host ask us initially to go around and turn the alarm off and stand in a chair to do it, but it was loud and not sure which one it was. My husband, 76 years old and 100% disabled didn't need to pull a chair up and stand. A marine will never say he's not going to help or try. He did stand in the chair to unhook, I was just concerned because when we walk, he has to be reminded to watch his step, that was how a few more hours were spent, we didn't make it to our visit and plans we had but we made the best of it later in the day.

Tv’a in the bedrooms only worked to use Netflix with. No gas for the Weber grill. When we contacted the host she said we could go down the street to the gas station to fill up the tank. I told her we did not have a car as we were using Uber but she did not work anything out so we could use the grill. We would not have purchased steaks had we known that we couldn’t use the grill.

Comfortable bed, nice patio, good location

The home was extremely clean. Beautifully done.

We lost electricity the second day at 1:00. It was no one's fault but the weather. But we still stayed to be safe from Hurricane Ian

Only one word to describe this home PERFECT!!!! Beautiful home, very comfy and a safe neighborhood.

There was nothing I didn't like about this home.
