"Exceptional acomodation and restful stay."

This cottage is perfect for exploring the Cornwall coast but in a quiet location. The main road is close by but hedges block out any road noise. Some welcome goodies were provided including local milk and apple juice. It is literally a home away from home for a self catered holiday with a beautiful garden.

Nothing except the weather could have been finer.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful and spacious property near Wadebridge. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a relaxing break. The owners have thought of every small detail. The large garden was a real highlight and perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The location was great for exploring Cornwall and its amazing beaches. Communication was excellent and access to the property was very easy.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here.

Home from home property can’t fault it would highly recommend lovely location and a nice big garden if you bring a dog they will love it

The garden could do with being fenced off around by the cottage as it is shared with the owners but that’s a small issue

Just a wonderful little annex with all you need for a week away. The garden is lovely spot to sit out in and it's well kept. Although it only made up of two rooms its feel spacious and comfortable. The whole cottage is well-equipped (hair drier, drying racks, vacuum etc) This is our second time visiting and hope to rebook again soon.

For us we didn't have anything negative to report. Although I will mention it is just off a main road and you can hear road noise. But as we live in a busy town it was something we didn't notice but a light sleeper might.

Great Location, convenient Pub and Restaurant just a 2 min walk. Beautiful large garden. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable one bedroomed home. Tasteful decor and with all home comforts. A nice greeting from host and a welcome gift.
