Stunning location. Property was incredibly clean and had everything you needed. I was so happy when we first arrived to discover tea,coffee and MILK 😃 I thought we were going to have to go on a hunt for a shop on our arrival but was able to have a cuppa as soon as we got there so bonus points for that 😃 Only a short walk to the beach and local shop and pub and a nice walk into Ilfracombe itself 😁 The owner was incredibly helpful from when we first booked and was super quick to respond to any queries and questions we had. We will definitely be booking again 🥰

The property was spotless, welcoming, and homely with lovely little touches left by the owner - welcome milk, biscuits, tea & coffee . It was comfy and presented really well. The site itself is beautiful, with a lovely cove, shop, pub and bus route close by. We could only stay one night sadly - but would love to return again.
