"Comfortable, restful and certainly one to keep on the books and come back to should the need arise!"

Great location in a quiet area just off the main street through the town. All shops and sightseeing areas within the town easily reached on foot. Lovely hearing the Abbey bells!

Just the one loo which was upstairs - but that was all,everything else was really great

"Exceptional"

Atmosphere, friendliness, almost everything was amazingly nice and relaxing. We will book again. Paul is a great host. Street parking was easy at night (!). The nearby abbey is more than a Cathedral and more beautiful than every famous Cambridge building. Just incredible!

We had to pay much attention to the parking rules in the street and the town: market, blocked street entrance, rules, exceptions. Problems for cars higher than 2 meters. Sainsbury's even wanted to charge us 85 pounds because we needed 30 more minutes for shopping their own goods than the company allows. This is not Paul's fault and the price you have to pay to stay in one of England's most beautiful streets that will really blow your mind.

The location in Sherborne is perfect. It is right in the center of shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. The apartment is roomy, clean, quiet, and attractive. Our host, Paul, was easily available to answer any questions. We felt well cared for.

"Quality, comfort and cleanliness exceeded our expectations."

Had breakfast in the Yard House, didnt go to three wishes for breakfast. Location superb, nice and quiet. Beds really comfortable.

Partner didnt realise lock safe pulled down so Paul came over to.show us. Liked everything.
