The breakfast ingredients already provided on arrival were more than adequate and a very pleasant surprise. The accommodation was well designed. The main bedroom was a little cramped for this space conscious couple but perfectly adequate. The twin bedded bedroom provided a good facility for hanging clothes. The central heating was very efficient with a simple control system and the house was delightfully warm.

We contacted our host by his mobile telephone on Tuesday evening 21st February to ascertain the access code. He was about to attend a concert in Bournemouth (!) but took our query in his stride and provided the necessary information. We subsequently received the automated (?) information reference the access code by electronic means some considerable time after we had left home on Wednesday 22 Feb. Perhaps it might be possible to provide this information 24-48 hours in advance ? Although set in concrete by local diktat the parking arrangements are not easy for those with disability issues and free overnight parking in the street ends at 9.30am. Perhaps this should be mentioned in the notes for residents ?

Great Central location, lovely welcome pack including cake! Very clean, well maintained property. Had everything we needed. Great weekend away.
