Host met us and managed for our luggage to be taken to the room directly for us by a porter. She gave us an overview of where to go, what to see / eat etc. She also supported us with getting a doctors appointment one of the days for a member of our group.

"Exceptional accommodation in magnificent Monemvassia"

This is a unique and fabulous place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a few breakfast supplies provided. Plenty of comfortable seating too. Matina met us at the gate to the old town and led us to the Castlehouse. Believe her when she tells you to bring light luggage. It was a steep climb but worth it! It is a great place from which to explore the lively lower town and the ruins and church of the upper town. The Castlehouse is very special - I would highly recommend it.

The bathroom is very small and you have to navigate stairs from both bedrooms to get there.
